Please take a moment to review the following information

Consultation

I recommend my clients schedule a consultation (either on the phone or in my office), so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.

Reduced Fees

If you cannot afford my fee, I can connect you with an associate counselor to serve your needs.

Rates

My rates are standard:
Individual Session $150
Couples/Family Session $200
Rates for Teletherapy Sessions are the same.

Insurance

Many of my clients prefer to pay directly for their therapy. Some find a third party payer a violation of their privacy and do not wish those records held by an insurance company. I respect that need for an additional level of confidentiality.

I accept all Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO’s

Fee for Service for Global/International Clients

I can provide invoices to clients for reimbursement from other insurance providers.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Payment

Cash, Paypal, or check accepted for payment at the time of service. For teletherapy services, Paypal payment must be submitted before session starts.

Clients must submit insurance info, and personal identification when requesting an appointment, including co-pay information and current deductible status.

Make Appointment

At our initial consultation session, you can book an appointment, provide your insurance info via email, receive Paypal payment information, and receive, complete, and return consent/intake forms via email.
